职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Familiar with daily sales order entry for all BUs including all kinds of types of orders, i.e. normal order, sample order, goods return/recall/replacement.
2.Be responsible the daily sales order entry and order operation for HK Cx and China Rx under HK legal entity.
3.Check all documents before key in goods return/recall/replacement, sample orders, and make sure each entry follows related SOP.
4.Perform order shipment requests to LSP and make sure delivered orders are correct with the instruction.
5.Deal with or voice out promptly when sales order entry can’t be operated due to system error.
6.Communicate with sales administration team or commercial teams about order information and other services.
7.To be a key person for HK Cx order operation during Annual Conference and/or Finance Conference out of office, as well as Saturdays order services.
8.Post daily sales journal and AR journal to G/L ledge under CI.
9.Be a backup of other SOP Accountant for day-to-day order entry.
10.Support to internal and external audit as request.
11. Fully comply with the company’s polices/standards, and the laws and regulations of China.
12.Fully comply with and complete requests from credit control manager and ad hoc & other assignment from credit manager
任职要求：
1.A bachelor/diploma degree, preferable in finance and accounting.
2.Strong systems and analytical skills;
3.Strong verbal, written communication skills in English and Chinese;
4.Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner;
5.High attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office packages;
6.1+ years AR or order processing or other accounting process handling experience 举报 分享
