1、管理系统保障职能Manage Systems Assurance function
管理系统保障组的开发和运营，负责可靠性、可用性、可维护性和安全性（RAMS）工程，包括备件供应、人为因素分析、LCC（生命周期成本）分析和FRACAS（故障报告分析＆ 纠正行动系统）。
Manage the development & operations of the Systems Assurance Group, with the responsibility for Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, & Safety (RAMS) Engineering including Spares Provisioning, Human Factors analyses, LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analyses, & FRACAS (Failure Reporting Analysis & Corrective Action System).
2、牵头产品安全可靠性/ LCC工作Lead Product Safety & Reliability / LCC activities
与工程设计部门和项目设计经理密切合作，这个职位将领导团队负责在投标、设计、安装、测试和调试阶段的安全和可靠性工作。
Working closely with Engineering design functions & Project Engineering Mangers, this position will lead the team responsible for the safety & reliability engineering activities, during bid, design, installation & test & commissioning phases.
3、开发和维护系统保障功能流程Develop & Maintain Systems Assurance Function Processes
负责安全和可靠性管理流程的开发和生成，这些流程符合ISO 9001、IRIS和相关RAMS标准，并确保企业目标的所有未来发展是一致且可接受的。
Lead on the development & production of processes for the management of safety & reliability, which are in line with ISO 9001, IRIS and relevant RAMS standards, & ensure all future development of corporate objectives is aligned & acceptable.

任职要求/Competency Requirements：
1、大学本科及以上学历，工程或相关专业（最好是电气工程或者电子工程）
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in an Engineering or related discipline (Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering preferable.)
2、至少6年轨道行业的系统保障（RAMS / LCC）或相关多领域行业工作，至少3年主管/领导工作经验
Minimum 6 years System Assurance (RAMS/LCC) Engineering in railway or related multidiscipline industries. Minimum 3 year of supervisory/ leadership experience.
? 熟知EN 50126、 EN 50128和 EN 50129，具备相关实施经验
Excellent knowledge of EN 50126, EN 50128, & EN 50129, as well as relevant experiences in implementation
? 熟悉系统分析、FTA（故障树分析）、FMECA（故障模式效应关键性分析）等所需的工具，如数据库、程序语言等。
Familiarity with required tools, such as database, program language, & so on for system analysis, FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), FMECA (Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis), etc.
? 有设计和修改领域的轨道工程知识。 （最好了解庞巴迪APM或单轨系统平台）。
Knowledge of railway engineering in the field of design & modification. (Knowledge of Bombardier APM or Monorail system platforms is desirable.)
3、强大的系统安全评估背景优先。
Strong background in system safety assessment preferable.
4、熟练使用Microsoft Office工具和RAMS工具
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools & RAMS tools
5、能够在适当的情况下展示RAMS的专业知识，以影响潜在客户接受所提出的解决方案
Able to demonstrate technical expertise where appropriate to influence potential customers in the acceptance of proposed solutions. 举报 分享
