职位描述：
1. Responsible for discussing testing specification with customers, confirming testing contents, and making the testing guidelines;
2. Responsible for establishing the product testing plan
3. Responsible for organizing and carrying out various approval tests;
4. To analyze the testing results and accomplish the testing reports and analysis reports, and cooperate with application engineers to discuss with customers;
5. To prepare plans for maintenance and procurement of lab facilities and test rigs;
6. Test bench spare parts management and test bench repair work
7. Responsible for management and distribution of related documents;
8. Responsible for general management and operation of laboratory, and organizing internal training for improvement;
9. Responsible for designing test tooling and fixture;
10. Responsible for new skills development including support customers for vehicle steering system measurement and pressure hose optimization, etc..
11. Responsible for coordinating related testing issues with German headquarter
12. Collect, test, analysis noise data, find the route cause, provide the improvement. 举报 分享
