1、需求管理和集成Requirements Management & Integration
? 制定和维护需求管理计划和流程;
Develop & maintain the requirement management plan & process
? 定义、识别和澄清利益相关者的需求输入文件;
Definition, identification & clarification of the requirements input documents from the stakeholders;
? 就需求管理流程、角色和职责对项目团队进行指导;
Instruct & coach the project team on the RM process, the roles, & the responsibilities;
? 管理整个项目生命周期的系统需求的变更;
Manage changes to the system requirements through the whole project life cycle;
? 在需求管理工具中建立不同来源(利益相关者、标准、产品基线等)的系统级需求,并创建可追溯性矩阵;
Establish the system level requirement from different sources (stakeholders, standards, product baseline, etc.) & develop traceability matrix in the RM tool;
? 将需求分配给相应的子系统;
Allocate the requirements to the appropriate subsystems
? 建立和维护从客户需求源到系统需求和设计文档的可追溯性;
Establish & maintain traceability from customer requirements sources to the system requirements & design documentation;
? 与试验团队合作建立和管理系统响应确认矩阵;
Work with testing group to establish & manage the system compliance verification matrix;
? 确认V&V结果需求;
Proper confirmation of requirements V&V results;
? 向项目经理提供需求管理指标和状态报告;
Provide RM metrics & status reporting to PM;
? 所有可交付项(数据库和文件)要求的变更和配置管理。
Change & the configuration management for requirements in all the deliverables (database & documents).
2、系统架构System Architecture
? 分析、澄清、整合和开发所有适用的系统功能和性能要求;
Analyzing, clarifying, consolidating & developing all the applicable system functional & performance requirements;
? 参与和功能架构利益相关者(列车和轨旁子系统工程师、土建设计工程师、信号系统工程师)的交流;
Involved with the exchanges with functional architecture involved stakeholders (sub-system engineers for both train & wayside subsystems, civil designers, signaling system engineers);
? 根据定义的标准(性能、RAMS、成本)进行权衡研究,选择最合适的功能架构;
Conducting trade-off studies in order to select the most suitable functional architecture according to the defined criteria (performances, RAMS, cost);
? 通过建模和仿真,在规范层级和详细设计层级验证列车和轨旁功能架构;
Verifying the train & wayside functional architecture at specification level & at detailed design level through modeling & simulations.
? 管理所有功能架构交付项(模型和文档)的更改和配置;
Manage the change & the configuration for all the functional architecture deliverables (models & documents).
? 审核技术规格书,预估成本和时间计划,做好自己的工作计划,参与系统级工程设计团队;
Reviews technical specifications, estimates costs & schedules, plans his/her own work & participates on system level engineering design team.
? 提供投标的技术投入和预估,支持先期工程工作;
Provides technical input & estimates for bids, in support of Advance Engineering.
? 进行成本分析,评估和推荐***解决方案;
Performs cost analyses, evaluates & recommend optimum solutions.
? 为先期工程、采购、项目管理、生产、系统保障、PI、运营&维护手册编制、客户培训和售后提供专业技术支持。
Provides technical expertise in support of Advance Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Manufacturing, Systems Assurance, PI, Operations & Maintenance Manual production, Customer Training & After Sales
3、接口管理Interface management
? 与利益相关者和子系统主管合作建立系统级接口矩阵,包括主要系统和子系统之间的关键接口,其中包括土建、轨旁、车辆和信号;
Work with stakeholders & subsystem leads to establish system level interface matrix including key interfaces between major system & subsystems, including civil, wayside, vehicle & signaling.
? 维护和跟踪整个项目生命周期的接口矩阵;
Maintain & trace the interface matrix through the project life cycle
? 明确接口矩阵的关键输入(需求和依赖关系)和输出(ICD、图纸等);
Identify key inputs (requirements & dependencies) & outputs (ICDs, drawings, etc.) for the interfaces matrix
? 在必要时与子系统主管协调,澄清范围和解决接口问题;
Coordinate with subsystem leads to clarify scopes & fix interface problems when necessary
? 安排和参与关键子系统之间的接口设计会议;
Arrange & participate in interface design meeting between key subsystems.
? 设计系统级工程接口,收集和分析技术数据,解决设计问题,进行权衡和协调研究,创建新的设计方案,研究可靠性、安全性和可维护性方法并决定***设计方法;
Designs system level engineering interfaces, gathers & analyses technical data, solves design problems, performs trade-off & coordination studies, creates novel design alternatives, develops reliability, safety & maintainability approaches & decides on optimum design approach.
? 参与子系统设计联络会议(内部的以及与客户相关的);
Participate in subsystem design liaison meetings (internal & Customer driven).
? 作为客户、供应商、项目管理和采购之间的所有关键子系统问题的联络人。
Serve as liaison between Customer, Supplier, PM & Procurement for all key sub-system issues.
4、EMC管理 EMC management
? 制定和维护系统级EMC计划;
Develop & maintain system level EMC plan
? 与子系统主管共同明确GRD / TRD中的EMC要求;
Work with subsystem leads to specify EMC requirements in the GRD / TRD
? 与子系统主管共同收集、审核和监控供应商的EMC提交;
Work with subsystem leads to collect, review & monitor Suppliers' EMC submittals
? 分析异常的试验数据,并提出纠正措施建议。
Analyze test data for anomalies & recommend corrective action.
5、编制系统文档 Generation of System Documentation
? 与利益相关者和关键子系统主管共同编制系统性能和故障管理文档、技术规范、跟踪计划、系统架构图和演示文件;
Work with stakeholders & key subsystem leads to develop system performance & failure management documents, technical specifications, trackplan, system architecture diagrams & power point presentations
? 按照客户或平台规范审核关键ICD和CDRL。

6、RAMS & O&M 支持 RAMS & O&M support
? 协助与系统范围相关的RAMS工作,审核系统级RAMS文件,确保系统集成和接口设计的安全性;

? 支持与系统范围和文档审查相关的操作维护,包括系统级操作程序、故障管理计划、规则书等。

任职要求/Competency Requirements:
1、本科或以上学历,电气或计算机工程专业
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
2、5年轨道行业系统工程相关工作经验
5 years work experience in system engineering in rail environments.
3、具备需求管理、轨道交通系统、系统仿真、系统集成和接口、土建、车辆、轨旁系统、基于通信的列车控制和信号系统的基础知识。
Knowledge of requirement management, transit & rail systems, system simulations, system integration & interface, civil, vehicle, wayside system, communication based train control & signaling system basics.
