1、目标管理Objectives Management
-接收总体目标，目标任务一般持续1天到几周的时间。将任务分解成每日工作。估算完成任务所需的工时并参照预算监管工程设计进展。提交每周工作报告。
Receive objectives at an overview level, tasks typically 1 day to several weeks in duration. Break down tasks into daily activities. Prepared estimates to complete work tasks & monitor engineering progress against budget. Submit weekly activity reports.
-参与工程设计团队。
Participate in an engineering design team.

2、需求管理Requirements Management
编制和审核用于轨旁子系统- ISCS/COMMS的报价的技术规格书（TRD，GRD）。 项目阶段持续的需求管理。 审查客户规范，理解完整内容，注意供应商的缺陷以及任何使项目预算和进度面临风险的因素。
Prepare & verify technical specifications (TRD, GRD) used to secure quotations for Wayside sub-system – ISCS/COMMS. Ongoing requirements management throughout project phases. Review Customer specification understanding complete content & noting any supplier deficiencies & any elements which put the project budget & schedule at risk.

3、先期工程支持Advance Engineering Support
为投标提供专业技术、输入和估算。
Provide technical expertise & input & estimates for bids

4、创新Innovation:
设计工程接口，收集和分析技术数据，解决设计问题，进行权衡和协调研究，创建新的设计方案，研究可靠性、安全性和可维护性方法并决定***设计方法。
Designs engineering interfaces, gathers & analyses technical data, solves design problems, performs trade-off & coordination studies, creates novel design alternatives, develops reliability, safety & maintainability approaches & decides on optimum design approach.

5、编制子系统文档Generation of Subsystem Documentation
-与供应商合作编制技术规范、系统架构图和ISCS/COMMS的演示文稿；
Work with supplier to develop technical specifications, system architecture diagrams & power point presentations describing ISCS/COMMS systems
-根据客户或平台规范编制、审核和维护ISCS/COMMS的各种文件和ICD。 例如响应矩阵、CDR、PDR、FDR、技术规范、ICD、工程进度报告、试验程序/报告、设计手册、培训课程等；
Prepare, verify & maintain various ISCS/COMMS documentation & ICDs in compliance with customer or platform specifications. For example Compliance Matrix, CDR, PDR, FDR, Technical Specifications, ICDs, Engineering Progress Reports, Test Procedures/Reports, Design Manuals, etc.
-与其他轨旁子系统的接口管理。编制原理图、图纸和设备清单。
Interface management with other Wayside sub-systems. Preparation of schematics, drawings & equipment lists.

6、组织设计联络会（DLM）Design Liaison Meeting (DLM) Organization
组织并主持DLM会议（内部的以及与客户相关的）。 记录并发出会议纪要。 担任客户、供应商、PM和采购之间的所有相关车辆子系统问题的联络人。
Organize & chair DLM meetings (internal & Customer driven). Capture & issue meeting minutes. Serve as liaison between Customer, Supplier, PM & procurement for all related Wayside sub-system issues.

7、供应商管理Supplier Management
-为采购提供技术支持；
Provide technical expertise in support of Procurement activities.
-与供应商联系，协助合同交付的进度和成功完成；
Liaison with Suppliers to support progress & successful completion of contract deliverables.
-确保符合技术要求，并确保遵循设计审查流程；
Ensure compliance to technical requirements & ensure that the design review process is followed.
-监控并推动在计划要求内关闭开口项；
Monitor & drive the open items to closure within the schedule requirements.
-协助供应商编制和审核ISCS/COMMS培训课程的内容；
Support Supplier in developing & verifying content of ISCS/COMMS Training Courses,
-协助供应商编制FAT文件，参加和监督FAT ；
Support Supplier in preparation of FAT document, attend & supervise FAT
-及时审核和响应；
Review & respond in a timely manner
- 确保在必要时对质保期内出现的问题进行调查，并采取适当的后续行动。
Ensure that issues arising during the warranty period are investigated where required, & appropriate follow up action taken.

8、轨旁集成Wayside Integration Activities
支持轨旁和系统工程组所有与轨旁子系统-ISCS/COMMS相关的接口和集成。
Support Wayside & System Engineering teams for all interface & integration activities related to Wayside sub-system – ISCS/COMMS.

9、变更管理Change Management
编制和发布设计冻结后的与轨旁子系统-ISCS/COMMS以及相关集成设备的变更申请/变更通知。 根据PBTS流程，进行编制、完成和发布批准的变更申请相关的所有日常任务。
Prepare & issue change requests/change notices related to Wayside sub-system- ISCS/COMMS & associated integrated equipment after design freeze. Perform all daily tasks related to preparing, finalizing & releasing approved change requests as per PBTS process.

10、型式试验Qualification Testing
协助供应商编制和发布与轨旁子系统-ISCS/COMMS相关的工厂验收测试（FAT）程序、接口&集成试验和报告。为质量部的FAT提供监管和技术支持。
Assist Supplier to prepare & issue Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures, interface & integration tests & reports related to Wayside sub-system(s) – ISCS/COMMS. Supervise & provide technical support to QA during FAT.

11、安装监管协助Installation Supervision Support
为现场试验团队的轨旁安装&现场监管提供支持。
Support field test team for Wayside Installation & Site Supervision.

12、现场试验支持Field Test Support
为现场试验团队的轨旁试验和调试提供支持。
Support field test team for Wayside testing & commissioning.

任职要求/Competency Requirements：
1、本科或以上学历，电气或计算机工程专业
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
2、5年ISCS/COMMS轨道系统的相关工作经验
5 years work experience in ISCS/COMMS rail systems.
3、了解PIS、PA、CCTV、PSCADA、EMCS、有线通信系统、ACS、车辆-轨旁网络、数据传输系统、TETRA、LAN和Wi-Fi网络
