1、团队管理Team Supervision
领导和引导工程支持团队,与本组组员、上级和相关团队进行有效沟通,排除困难,并做出及时决定。分配、协调和全面跟踪工程支持团队工作。
Leads & guides the Engineering Services team by communicating effectively with team members, superiors & interfacing groups, removing obstacles, & by making timely decisions on the group scope of work. Distributes work, coordinates& follows up for Engineering Services team.
为流程控制管理以及相关程序提供支持,并给出建议。
Provides support & gives suggestions to process control management & related procedures;
2、工程流程管理和改进Engineering Process Management & Improvement
导入并且维护工程部所有团队的工作流程文件。为新发布的流程提供培训。
Introduces & maintains documents specifying the working processes for all Engineering functions. Provide training of newly released procedures.
3、工程部门绩效跟踪与改进Engineering Department Performance Tracking & Improvement
定义相关的KPI和目标,以衡量和提高工程部的绩效。
Define relevant KPIs & targets to measure & improve Engineering Department performance.
4、配置控制和信息发布Configuration Control & Information Release
确保为所有PBTS工程工作实施和维护配置控制。项目启动初期的技术文档的初始化设置。
Ensure that configuration control is implemented & maintained for all PBTS Engineering activities.
Implement technical document configuration for a new project start-up.
5、工程资源规划Engineering Resource Planning
协助项目设计经理准备项目工作的预测并监控进度,以确保项目之间的一致性,以及规划多个项目之间的资源利用。
Assists Project Engineering Managers in the preparation of forecasts & monitoring of progress of project work to ensure consistency between projects, and planning of resource utilization across multiple projects.
6、调查和缓解问题Investigate & Mitigate Problems
预见并及时解决团队内部以及与其他团队之间技术与非技术方面的接口问题, 主动沟通,迅速解决。
Oversees interfaces both technically & non-technically within the team or between different teams/functions & duly coordinates, takes quick action or initiates communication to resolve conflicts.
7、协调工程部培训Coordinate Engineering Department Training
通过组织培训或其他途径,确保辖属所有员工遵守执行所有的现行程序并积极发现和解决技术问题,尽量减少阻碍项,降低设计风险。
Organize training & /or take other approaches to make sure that all issued procedures are followed by each level of your people & ensure that technical issues are proactively addressed & all technical obstacles/risks are properly mitigated.
任职要求/Competency Requirements:
1、工程专业本科学历者优先,对有执着精神以及技术经验者可放宽要求
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred, but not essential for candidates demonstrating suitable drive & technical experience.
2、5年工程行业相关工作经验,3年主管职位
5 yearswork experience in an engineering organisation, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
3、熟练使用Microsoft Office和计划工具。 有Team Center使用经验者优先。
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, & planning tools. Team Center experience an advantage.
4、必须积极主动,自我驱动,有很强的沟通和解决问题的能力
Must be pro-active, self-driven & have strong communication & problem solving skills.
