职位描述：

1. MISSION:

· Ensure the implementation of the actions of continuous improvement of the plants to guarantee the achievement of savings expected in accordance with the objectives set.

2. GENERAL FUNCTIONS*:

· Identify weaknesses and areas for improvement in the Plant against FMS lean model and follow the strategic guidelines.

· Propose Continuous Improvement Plan of the plant aligned with the corporate strategy.

· Facilitate the implementation of lean manufacturing activities defined in its Plant Plan.

· Monitor the development of the plan at the plant to achieve specific objectives.

· Provide leadership in thinking and acting in accordance with FMS lean model and ensure that the plant operates agree with him.

· Facilitate and expand information of best practices in other plants across the rest of Lean Manufacturing Leaders, or through the corporate guidelines.

· Participate in Plant Committee.

· Actively cooperate with the Department in the maintenance, promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment

3. POSITION REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION & LANGUAGUES & EXPERTISE)

Academic background:	University degree.
Additional training:	Continuous Improvement tools, Statistical tools
Languages:	English (Advanced Level)

Minimum Experience required:

2 years in similar positions or in others with driving of large groups or teams
