Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position:
Regional market analysis and planning
1. Planning regional marketing plan and strategy
2. segment market
3. find the growth opportunity
4. Identify the barrier of local market development
Organize and management the regional marketing activity within budget
1. Communicate the marketing strategy with sales team
2. Get resource and support from marketing
3. Implement marketing activity
4. Evaluate the result of each activity
5. Motivate sales team involvement
Collect and feedback market information
1. collect feedback of product from customer
2. Collect the local market activity and report to MM
3. Collect the competitor activity and report to MM
Design and create promotional and sales tools for the target market
1. Summary key selling point
2. Utilized article and supported data(article coaching)
3. Comparing competitive products and clarify own product feature, and benefit
4. Sales training
5. Sales tools update
Maintain regional KOL and Key Account relationship
1. Develop local KOL management plan
2. Develop and expand the local advocacy of product
3. Develop and expand the pool of speaker
4. Maintain the relationship with Key Account

Position Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience in medical industry
2. Minimum level of education: Bachelor degree in Clinical Medicine
3. Self-motivated, very reliable and demonstrate a strong ability to work well with others on teams and in projects.
4. Fluency in English & Mandarin
5. 50% Travel as required
6. Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
7. Good communication and presentation skills
8. Highly motivated and organized individual
9. Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of desktop publishing
