职位描述：
Responsibilities
As a start, the position holder will be responsible for IT infrastructure set up and maintenance, IT application project management and on-going service, focusing on IT management cross function, cross region in China. The management of IT covering the following areas:

Support
-- In charge of the support, implementation and project management in China for the company’s business;
-- Proactive analysis on needs initiated by local business units or the headquarters, evaluate possibility for enhancements for delivery of more sophisticated and efficient systems;
-- Advise and coordinate on new IT initiatives to cope with business development;
-- Negotiate contracts with vendors, monitor cost effectiveness and recommend upgrading of appropriate systems;
-- Manage business continuity and recovery of company’s information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan developments, implementation and documentation;
-- IT budget planning, management and control;
-- Lead & Manage IT service desk for incidents resolution and problem solving;
-- Oversee System break-fix activities to ensure system health and fix any malfunction;
-- Responsible for interface between different management systems;
-- Providing recommendation to streamline IT daily support.
Coordination
-- As China IT lead working with different teams in China and for new system and module rollout in the future;
-- Coordinate with end users for user acceptance test.
-- Arrange / coordinate regular meeting with users for system, business, process issues and improvement.
Training
-- Provide end user training on regular basis.
 Job Requirements
-- University graduates of Information Technology or related disciplines;
-- Over 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity;
-- Solid knowledge both in infrastructure and application;
-- Multitasking management;
-- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
-- Strong vendor management skill;
-- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 举报 分享
