? BA position will be fully accountable for the requirements of the project. The BA should lead the requirements with JV’s and user story discussions with passion.
? BA should Work closely with all the stakeholders including Business, IT Management, JV’s and Vendor teams as needed and BA is ultimate responsible for defining the project scope and objectives are clearly documented and agreed with all stakeholders.
? Prepares, maintains and submits clears progress reports including risks and issues identified in requirements collection activities to the PM.
? BA should be well versed in Accurev and other related requirements collection tool and should have very good experience in Agile process.
? He should perform the requirements elicitation and perform problem and business understanding activities.
? BA should use Creative thinking and related techniques (e.g. interviews and scenarios, observation, prototyping, workshops, generic requirements for industry sector)
? BA should ensure Testability of requirements and acceptance criteria is clearly defined.
? BA should be able to prototype the UI and work with all the stakeholders.
? Achieve Requirement Refinement and handle the Audit process and SDM process..
? BA should clearly communicate to all concerned parties on project Scope and elaborate the user stories and documents clearly.
? BA should proactively follows escalation and change controls process.
? BA ensures the scope creep
? Build, develop, and grow any business relationships that are needed in order to contribute to the success of the Company

? Graduate or post Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing tools & Techniques related projects will be preferred.
? Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in Design/Development/Testing of large systems
