职位描述：
-Execute assigned audit engagements (SOX and operational audits) under the supervision of the Internal Audit Manager, Director and/or VP of Internal Audit. Ensure all duties are completed and documented thoroughly, using objective and professional judgment, to contribute to the successful completion of the engagement. The role requires only general supervision for day-to-day tasks and is able to operate autonomously.



-Work effectively in a multi-channel and multi-brand global organization, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.



-Assess the design and operating effectiveness of Deckers’ internal control/SOX environment, including: updating process flow charts and Risk Control Matrices (RCMs) annually, performing walkthroughs/test of design, executing tests of operating effectiveness, performing root cause and impact analysis for findings, validating findings with process owners and proposing recommendations, reporting findings to IA Management, and assisting with monitoring of management’s remediation activities.



-Take the lead on defining the scope of operational audit assignments based on an analysis of business risks with Internal Audit (IA) Management and the functional and managerial contacts within Deckers. Leverage benchmarking and best practice guidance to assist in the scoping.



-Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operations using your objectivity and independence as an outsider, your professional knowledge, benchmarks, and the department’s methodological approach.



-Validate findings with operational managers and propose recommendations, which the audited entity will use to draw up corrective action plans. Present findings and recommendations to IA Management and the functional and managerial contacts via verbal presentations and written reports.



-Seek opportunities to provide counsel and education to the Deckers community through mechanisms such as workshops, committee participation, and consultation projects to enhance the company’s understanding of sound business practices to improve process quality, risk mitigation, objective achievement, and strengthening of the overall control environment.



-Continuously seek to improve knowledge and skills related to the theories, methods, and principles of the profession of internal auditing and knowledge of the Corporate environment by:

-Develop and deliver on objectives contained in the annual Audit Plan and continuous Quality Assurance Improvement Plan,

-Support and provide input on projects/standards/audit guides for Deckers’ processes and controls,

-Dedicate time to pursue a relevant professional certification(s) (CIA, CPA, or CISA) and/or complete the associated continuing education hours required to maintain good standing with any certification(s), and

-Act as a subject matter expert for designated processes.

-On an as needed basis, plan and execute investigative engagements for the benefit of Deckers’ management (e.g., investigation of Ethics hotline allegations for select subject matter topics). 举报 分享
