职位描述：
工作职责：
1、根据保养计划，对现场的暖通设备进行预防性保养，并确保保养的质量符合要求。可以独立进行设备故障的排查，可对暖通设备进行查漏，冲加氟，管路焊接：
2、针对机械设备的故障，能够及时判断故障原因，进行维修或者联系设备厂家进厂维修，确保设备正常运行。
3、熟知制冷机、板换，空调、给排水原理及规范，熟悉美意水冷空调系统及特灵冰机
4、根据设备运行和维修需要，提交备件或维修器件清单，提出采购要求以确保设备正常运行
5，根据设备保养计划制定各设备的具体保养方案。

任职要求：
1.高中级以上学历 电气/制冷/机械专业
2.至少5年以上相关暖通或者电气系统维护经验，
3.具有暖通或者空调制冷，电焊等资格证书，并具备电工证
4.具有良好的沟通，协调能力和较强的客户服务意识
5.熟悉并能操作电气设备，如中央空调的启动，水泵，冷水机组的维保。 举报 分享
