Job Description:
- Upload GL from Accounting system (SAP) to Reporting system (Hyperion)
- Reconcile among accounting system, business data warehouse (BI) and reporting system
- Prepare KPI and upload to Hyperion
- Develop and maintain Hyperion linked standard management reports
- Compare actual vs forecast analysis
- Assist Manager on SSC daily operation, projects and process flows maintenance
- Issue monthly standard management reports
- review daily sales reports and data in BI
- Support ad hoc project
Qualification/Experiences needed
Qualification
- University graduation in Finance / Accounting
- Qualified accountant
- 4-5 years solid working experience
- Skillful in Hyperion, FDQM and BI
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- self initiatives and team player
- Able to work under pressure and overtime
