岗位描述 YOUR TASKS

1. Focus on the development of automotive electronics product as software and system engineer 主要工作为汽车新能源产品的软件及系统研发工作

2. Support BD for technology support on customer side and quotation work;Coordinate other domains to full fill customer requirement. 配合销售部门向客户提供报价及技术支持，协调内部其他部门完成客户的需求

3. As technical window between Customer and Hella, provide onsite or online vehicle test, technical support and problem solving. 作为客户和海拉的技术窗口，向客户提供现场或在线的产品测试、技术支持和问题解决

4. Capture and analyze customer requirements, break down into system/software requirements, record and maintain it in DOORS. 收集并分析客户需求，将之分解为系统需求、软件需求并在需求管理系统中进行记录和维护

5. Analyze software requirements and finish corresponding documentation. 分析软件需求，并完成相关的文档撰写

6. Software design according to requirement and architecture, including module design, module test, documentation, etc 根据需求和架构进行软件设计，如模块详细设计，模块测试，相关的文档编写等

7. Implement software integration, integration test, software release and other software activities. 进行软件集成，集成测试，软件发布及其他软件活动

8. Organize and participate in peer reviews for design and code implementation 组织并参与项目设计和代码实现的评审

9. Necessary support other team and project manager 对项目经理和其他组的工作提供必要的支持

10. Close communication with the project team and headquarter team 与项目团队及总部保持良好的沟通

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor degree or above in software engineering, Computer Science or related field 软件工程、计算机或其他相关专业，本科或以上学历

2. At least 3 years relevant experience in developing automotive electronics 汽车电子模块行业3年以上研发经验

3. Software development experience in full software life cycle 有整个软件项目周期开发的经验

4. Familiar with embedded software development, with capability to develop software independently, such as MCU configuration, software problem solving, etc. 熟练掌握嵌入式软件开发，能独立完成项目的软件开发工作，如MCU配置，软件调试等

5.Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e.CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.), as well as corresponding toolchain(CANoe, CANApe, etc) 熟悉汽车通信与诊断协议(如CAN, LIN, UDS, 等)，熟练使用相关工具（如CANoe，CANApe等）6. With basic knowledge of the hardware, be able to understand schematic diagram 有基本的硬件知识，能看懂原理图

7. Fluent English skill, both in speaken and written 能熟练的使用英语口语和写作

8. Highly motivated, team sense, good at thinking，responsibility，open mind 能够自我激励；有团队精神；善于思考；有责任心；思路开放

9. Good communication and coordination skills 良好的沟通与协调技巧
