Job Resonsibility
? Sales and Marketing in Mainland China
? Develop dealer network, supporting them with necessary information about our products, Marketing Training Visits to end users.
? Recruiting new dealers. Building wide network of dealers all over China. Organize the market and the dealers niche and territory in the most effective way.
? Must define the needs of the customer and determine best solutions for their specific needs.
? Providing Tuttnauer with all the information about the market, competition, dynamics and trends in the market, customer needs.
? Must work in cooperation with the management in Israel and provide full reports, updates and correspondence on all activities in the Chinese territory.
? Resolving logistic and financial issues in the territory
Requirement
1. Five or more years’ experience in Medical equipment sales in medical market and in the field. Specific experience in hospitals an advantage.
Understanding of the selling process. Connections in the market an advantage. Experience in working with Western company an advantage.
2. Education in the area of life sciences or relevant technical knowledge - an advantage. Western education preferable.
3. Reliable, loyal, dynamic, must have good interpersonal communication skills, strong presentation skills, independent, responsible.
A person who can negotiate with customers, and strong enough to support the interests of the company
4. Fluent English- spoken and written, clearly understandable for Western ears.
5. References required: regarding proven ability in sales, recruiting distributors, reliability, good interpersonal communication skills with customers, ability to take the initiative and work independently
