职位描述：
Responsibility:

-Following DTC Retail OTB and working closely with retail merchandise manager, alignment with global&China GTM, creat China retail products assortment for UGG.

-Work on merchandising report tools. Making analysis on sell through report, markdown reports, pricing analysis, top/bottom ranking. Work closely with planning and allocation manager to align on the overall stock turn performance as well as merchandising key responsibility in sell through performance.

-Prepare product training material for training purpose as well as conduct seasonal training. Create selling tools such as Product MAP, Product bible for all channel training, including retail, retail partners, ecom and wholesale.

-Work with merchandise planning team to validating retail promotional plan with right stock, right discount and promotional machanism to drive retail sales.

-Conduct product milestone meeting and collecting feedback on product from retail, marketing, VM and partner sales and keep refining product assortment.

-Support retail merchandising manager in daily management of China product line plan to ensure complete and accurate line information.




Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above

-2-3yrs merchandising related working experience

-Fluently English
