职位描述
Position Summary:
Assume responsibility for the management of a sales territory. Apply skills to produce maximum dollar sales and provide quality service. Develop insights to division/customer/distributor relationships and how to support them on a continuous improvement basis. Assume an unofficial leadership role among sales engineers.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Report to Regional Sales Manager. Work with OEMs, Distributors, major end users and design institutes.
Job Responsibility:
Increase Mobile Hydraulics & Connectors sales in an assigned geographical area.
Prioritize the opportunities on an account-by-account basis to obtain optimum sales result.
Train OEMs and/or distributors regarding new product application.
Obtain specifications and approvals at design institutes, owners and OEMs targeted to result in sales opportunities or increased sales.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the specific product group products, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide a report on a monthly basis.
Present positive self-image and make good business decisions utilizing the Regional Sales Manager.
Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.
Assume an unofficial leadership role among sales engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Over 5 years sales experience for multinational company.
Extensive experience in key account's target industry - Mobile is preferred.
Good PC skills and English.
Available to travel as needed.
