Major Responsibilities:

• Manage GPDS requirements to support achievement of correct Gateway Discipline.
• Lead development and forecasting of Headcount, tracking and allocation across programs within the APA Region. Provide Resource / Material Forecasts for Program Gateways up to.
• Run the administration of people, meeting, travel, office and analysis program headcount, budget, etc.
• People, provide general administrative support to managers, supervisors and related programs
• Meeting, co-ordination of department and interdepartmental meeting cadence
• Travel, coordinate team travel plan, E-tracker follow up and management booking
• Office, coordinate office set-up, movement, PC, furniture, equipment, stationery.
• Headcount, collect program headcount distribution, e-WHMS, OT, Out of office record.
• Expense, track program, training and material, capital budget spending.
• Management, maintain department AFR, EDMS, Share-point, W drive, document storage.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Certification minimum, Engineering or Business Degree preferred.
• Previous direct responsibility and proven experience in Business or Engineering administration roles.
• Prior PD Program implementation experience and In depth knowledge of GPDS required.
• Global perspective with ability to develop contacts from other regions
• Experience in global business company is preferred.
• A broad understanding of business analysis, especially approval processes and delivery of projects
• Good skill of office tools like excel, power point, word, outlook is preferred.
• High energy, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues/recommendations to senior management.
• Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.
• High integrity with good attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English skills (written & verbal). Mandarin skills preferred.
