【猎头职位】猎头项目部主管/经理（Team Leader）

Qualifications /任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，良好的英文听说读写能力；
2.5年以上猎头相关工作经验、有销售或人力资源经验亦可；
3.有客户开发经验和客户管理及维护技能；
4.有独立解决问题能力和团队管理能力；
5.良好的销售技能，能承受工作压力，有责任心；
6. 擅长人际交往，有良好的沟通能力和亲和力。

Responsibility/岗位职责：
1. 确定长期发展的目标行业，做好行业研究，确定发展规划；
2.负责管理并操作整个项目流程，包括项目价值评估，客户沟通；
3. 通过提供高度专业的服务，和客户建立并保持良好的合作关系，持续地积极主动地为客户服务；
4. 与团队成员合作，高质量完成客户委托，达到或超越个人和团队的业绩目标；
5. 培训顾问、助理和基层员工；
6. 收集最新市场信息，积极寻找并捕捉市场拓展机会。
