职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Ensure all HR routine practices strictly complying with National Laws and implementing of the Nestle policies.
2. Be good consultant to help line manager deal with HR issue in line with Laws and NCL policies, foresight potential labour dispute from HR experience and communicate with line manager in time.
3. Personnel budgeting and controlling.
4. Assist in new employee selection process by providing support on being actively involved throughout the process.
5. Ensure accurate and in-time C&B service and provide effective control accordingly.
6. To continue to improve the HRIS maintain and ensure effective and accurate Personnel Administration practice.
7. To continue to smooth arrangement and strengthen training planning and results analysis.
8. To ensure of compliance with all good safety regulation, environment regulation and legal prescription.
9. To ensure good GA service within budgeted costs: canteen, guard, local transportation, factory cleaning/ gardening, laundry, contracted shuttle buses, etc.
10. Strictly comply to all internal and external Safety, Health and Environment regulations and / or requirements.
 
 任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree and above
2. 5 years relevant working experience
3. Capable for English (both in written or oral)
4. Master in PC skills
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, high degree of self-motivation
