职位描述:
This position is responsible for driving channel policy and process implementation, business analysis as well as daily channel management to support business growth.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement the policy and process of channel management and development
2. Proposes appropriate channel policy, channel management to channels
3. Make distributor performance and business analysis
4. Evaluate Channel performance and potential via market research and intelligence
5. Provide training course to distributor base on the actual demand and combine with company’s strategy
6. Visit distributor to solve problems, collect market data and hear their voice ensuring we can make improvements continuously
7. Lead to finish channel satisfaction survey and establish internal feedback system
8. Maintaining distributor database, such as distributor profile, business composition, organization and personnel, key customers/areas/applications/markets, short-term & long-term goal, etc
9. Other routine work of channel management

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 4+ years relevant experience in MNC industrial company
3) Industry experience will be an advantage
4) Passion, initiative with creativity and innovation
5) Fluent spoken and written English.
6) Proficient in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
7) High potential in personnel development.
