职位描述：
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Implement the Plant Maintenance work to fulfill the production requirement, ensure the reliability and capacity of the equipment, and carry out the modification and improvement activities to meet Excellent Operation.
负责执行各项工厂维修任务，全力支持生产需求，确保设备的可靠运行和生产产能，执行工厂的改造和改进任务，满足精益运营的要求。
1. Implement daily routine maintenance, repairing, predictive & preventive maintenance.
执行日常维修任务，设备修复和预防性维修计划。
2. Responsible for accomplishing maintenance work order under the instruction of Mechanical Engineer, pursue excellent maintenance performance.
积极完成每日的维修工作票任务，保证维修工作的圆满执行。
3. In cooperate with production team to ensure field safety during maintenance work, deliver good EHS result of maintenance.
与生产人员通力合作，保证现场施工安全，确保每项工作符合公司EHS要求。
4. Record maintenance result/status for every work order and give feedback to Mechanical Engineer.
记录每一项现场工作结果和状态，及时向主管汇报
5. Help to setup and update maintenance database.
支持和完善工厂维修数据库。
6. Tracking equipment running status to ensure stable production.
跟踪设备运行状态确保稳定生产。
7. Supervisor and guide contractors in field to ensure the implementation。
监管和支持承包商的现场工作，确保执行力。
8. Implement plant shut down and turnaround maintenance jobs, support capital projects maintenance activities.
执行工厂停车和大修计划，支持新项目的维修和现场。
Working Experience and education:
1. High school or above in mechanical major or similar.
高中/中专及以上化工机械或相关专业。
2. At least 3 years’ experience in chemical industry or related plant as maintenance staff.
3年以上化工行业或相关行业维修经验。
Competencies and skills required:
1. Good hands-on skills and understanding ability.
较强的动手能力和理解力。
2. Preferable to have working experience in foreign company. Experience in polymer plant/fine chemicals is a plus
外企工作经验，聚合物生产或者精细化工行业优先。
3. English skills (junior in reading/writing) are a plus.
初级的英语读写能力。
