职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.对集团制定或拟发布的规范性文件进行合法性审查，提供书面法律意见和修改建议。
2.独立起草、审核、修改公司经营管理活动中的各类合同、协议等法律文书。
3.确保集团重大经营决策有可靠的法律依据，避免和防范决策的法律风险，保证决策的合法性，对相关法律风险提出防范意见并制订法律风险解决方案。
4.参与处理涉及集团尚未形成诉讼的民事纠纷、经济纠纷和其他纠纷，接受公司委托代理参加仲裁、诉讼，依法维护公司合法权益。
5.负责办理总法律顾问交办的其他法律事务工作。
任职要求：
1.法律专业，硕士研究生学历，年龄在35周岁以下。
2.具有大型企业集团本部三年以上法务工作实践经验，具有律师执业证书且未受到司法行政部门的行政处罚或律师协会的行业处分。
3.熟悉民事、商事、投融资、资本运作等国家法律法规及行业政策，能熟练处理各类法律事务，有丰富的法务案件处理经验和成功案例。
4.具有较强的逻辑分析能力、语言表达能力和沟通协调能力。 举报 分享
