1. Independently marketing analysis and initiate new customers, strategic business development plan and promote Hella products
独立的市场分析能力,能发展新客户,制定和推广海拉产品。
2. Explore and realize business opportunities by establishing good customer intelligence. Support the sales team to achieve the company target and increased target.
建立良好的客户关系，实现实质性的商业合作机会,和销售团队一起完成公司的既定目标以及增长目标。
3. Support project engineers to accomplish application projects management.
帮助项目工程师完成其应用项目的管理。
4. Be responsible for developing product and technical solution, organizing seminars and supplying technical training for the key accounts.
负责公司产品及技术方案的推广、组织行业重点客户产品讲座以及应用交流等工作。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Necessary requirements 任职资格
1. Proficient in English.
精通英语
2. Strong business development mindset
良好的商业发展意识
3. Engineering education background in Mechanical engineering/electronics
机械/电子工程师专业的教育背景。
4. Familiar with automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP and Quality standards like QS9000, TS16949;
熟悉汽车产品研发流程，例如：APQP和 PPAP 以及质量标准：QS9000,TS16949
5. At least 2 years project management experience in automotive industry and good knowledge for economics;
有至少两年从事汽车行业项目管理经验，以及对商业运作有良好的了解。
6. Good communication skill with customer, can deliver the product and application training independently..
良好的与客户沟通能力，拥有出色的展示以及谈判能力。
7. Full of passion in BD and technical, good team player with creative spirit.
