Summary Of JOB Output:
? We require a full time Black Belt to execute Business Process Excellence projects using Six Sigma, LEAN, and TOC problem-solving methodologies. Black Belt will work closely with the global Business Process Excellence group from within our Huzhou plant.
Responsibility:
? Complete Black Belt projects as assigned, with Master Black Belt direction and support, by leading teams in the application of Lean and Six Sigma tools to solve business problems
? Help identify important project opportunities for the business
? Provide problem solving support to a limited number of Green Belts for implementation of projects
? Work extremely well with both the local Huzhou team and Business Process Excellence group
? Develop strong working relationships with management at all levels
? Facilitate meetings with management to review and examine project progress
? Create a positive working environment for all team members through respect, honesty, commitment, fun, growth, balance, an open mind, humility, authenticity, and open communication
Requirements
? Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
? Professional knowledge:Black Belt certification required within 2 years.
? Professional skills: Excellent English verbal communication skills.Effective communicator, able to speak to audiences throughout the organization.Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint fluency required).
? Working Experience: Minimum five years of professional work experience.
Most Important Competence Required:
? Strong written English communication skills.
? Self-motivated, strong initiative, and positive personality.
? Results driven with demonstrated performance in keeping and delivering commitments.
? The ability to think analytically is essential.
