Position: Cost Manager 成本经理

Report to: Finance Controller

Location: Jiaxing City Zhejiang Province

Compensation: Base Pay RMB15K per month

Key Responsibilities

组织制订有关成本核算管理的规章制度；

监督和复核成本会计的工作，每月审核结转成本的凭证和成本分析；

编制年度成本预算，制定全面的成本控制计划，并监督生产部门执行；

每月领导和组织存货盘点；

负责对接生产管理的标准成本建立工作，并每月分析比较标准成本和实际成本的差异；

深刻理解当前成本模式，确定关键控制点，提出成本改进建议；

负责业务人员报价询价的数据支持；

每月编制成本月报，严格控制成本费用，向管理层提供成本信息和改进意见；

Requirements and Qualifications

年龄35岁以下，财经类本科以上学历；

5年以上相关工作经验，至少2年以上制造型大型外企或国内知名企业成本经理或财务经理工作经验；

具备较强的成本分析能力及成本控制经验；

责任心强，工作积极主动，具备较好的团队领导能力。
