职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、Responsible for maintenance of all production equipment, including installation and /or repair in order to ensure the production running at high reliability and with cost effectiveness.
2、 Manages and trains the maintenance team.
3、Responsible for the maintenance cost within budgeted cost.
4、Direct supervision of the Maintenance team. Manage PTR, training, discipline, etc. to ensure compliance with Eldor policies, safety standards and provide satisfactory productivity.
5、To ensure the proper operating condition of production equipment. According to production plans, develop, monitor, implement maintenance plan, plan the maintenance work orders, review equipment history to identify and correct recurring problems.
6、Annul maintenance budget, provide information to management regarding the budget for equipment, software and hardware purchases/installation and maintenance spare parts.
7、Supports capital projects as needed. Reviews and recommends details concerning the design or modifications of new and existing equipment following Eldor standards, check the installation of all equipment and quality assurance check on site; and as the interface contact person for engineering / maintenance resource.
8、Estalish and monitor PM (preventive maintenance) for each piece of production equipment, review PM plan and application.
9、Estalish and review TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) KPI and conduct maintenance audit within territory, review TPM plan and application to continuously improve maintenance efficiency.
10、Establish and monitor PDM (Predictive Maintenance), review PDM plan and application.
11、Responsible for managing all equipment related technical documents. In line with the equipment instruction of supplier and the actual situation in plant, initially develop and keep updating the production equipment maintenance manual to guide the maintenance activities, ensure the efficient and effective maintenance and repairing services to meet production requirements.
12、Set up document system for all maintenance / repairing records so as to produce monthly reports on analyzing and identifying the maintenance/repairing problems, including recommendations to improve the machinery/equipment performance and services standards.
13、Spare parts management. According production requirements, setup right spare parts inventory to make sure all procedures.
14、Related spare parts warehouse management in place, conduct timely stock taking and minimize the stock deviation.
15、Responsible for PM in SAP, ensure all maintenance plan is well managed in SAP system
16、7S implementation in maintenance daily work.
17、Properly support finance team to manage fixed asset after new equipment installation or equipment upgrade.
18、Other works assigned by the direct superior.


任职资格：
1、Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, automatization or related discipline.
2、Over 5 years in automotive industry, and 3 years maintenance management experience.
3、Solid knowledge and skill of Equipment
4、Good communications skill
5、Good spoken and written English
6、Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）very well
7、Familiar with ERP system, SAP is preferred
8、Hardworking and willing to work under high pressure
