responsibilities:
? Research and develop next generation IOT solution for the overall IT offerings; Create solution road-map for each sub-industry.
? Indentify system requirement of the clients/prospects and execute optimization processes through implementing industry-specific IT solutions.
? Develop the overall account plan for the key, major clients; Drive sales execution to achieve sales target.
? Drive and track the project execution to ensure the project targets are met as per project plan.
? Select and develop solution partners to build partner eco-system.
Qualification
? University Degree (preferably at Master level) in Information Technology or Business Management related disciplines.
? With a minimum of 12 years solid track record gained from MRL sector with a wealth of sales and/or project experience in such areas as ERP, SCM, CRM, ITO, BPO and IOT digital solutions.
? With very strong combination of both industry process knowledge as well as IT solution knowledge to support business goals of our clients.
? Very good leadership and coaching skills, strong passion to start up and grow a professional IT team.
? Strong business acumen, good negotiation skills, process and result oriented, proficiency in technical demonstrations with highly effective communication and presentation skill.
