职位描述：
In project phase

- Cooperate closely with technical manager, be involved and need to contribute to every step in the project (basic engineering, detailed engineering , construction , functiontesting and commissioning phase).

- Support the application forofficial approval, with safety analysis and environmental impactstudy/analysis.

- Responsible for set up dispersion testing and know-how transferring.

- Support the commissioning activities for dispersion lines.

 

In normal production phase

- Be responsible for theEHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensurecompliance of the company policy and regulations and national laws andrelated regulations.

- Responsibility forreaction safety, product safety for VAE plant, to ensure compliance with regulations;and meet all requirements from Wacker corporate, Nanjing site and his/herposition.

- Technical knowledge andprocess control concepts transfer within company global

- Develop and analyzestatistical data and product specifications to determine present standardsand establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finishedproduct.

- Closely monitor productionprocess, check existed problem and solve

- Bring up modificationscheme to optimize process

- Direct workers engaged ininspection activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilitiesand products

- Direct workers engaged inproduction activities to ensure optimal control over process

- Play active role onquality management teams within organization.

- Design and implementquality control training programs

- Design and implementprocess control training programs

- Investigate customerquality complaints and make adjustments

- Implement LEAN and TPMprogram in production and quality control area to ensure a higher optimalproduction

- Other duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION (education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

 

- Fluent both oral andwritten English skill

- Bachelor degree or above inchemical engineering or chemistry

- More than 4 years workingexperience in dispersion production, engaged in quality assurance andprocess control

- Minimum 2 years’experience in production supervision or quality assurance or process engineeringposition in multinational company

- Knowledge in dispersion polymerizationprocess or other related chemical process is required

- Knowledge in SAP, leanmanufacturing, TPM is highly preferred

- Management, communicationand problem solving skill

- Able to work together withinternational team, own globe mindset
