职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure their implementation, based on DC templates
- Elaborate and identify the most cost-effective solution in terms of TCO considering technical, quality and logistics requirements and ensure the implementation of the solution
- Identify cost saving measures considering TCO and ensure their implementation
- Conduct and coordinate the annual supplier evaluation as well as develop and implement measures
- Obtain an overview of the assigned material group supply market by conducting market research
- Develop measures based on current trends of the supply market (risks and chances)
- Plan, control, monitor and report the material group results
- Ensure material cost reductions

Requirements:
- Active market research and provide advices about market needs, trends and possibilities internally
- Be responsible for the process from inquiries to timely valuable offers
- At least 5 years’ experience on indirect material sourcing, purchasing
- Negotiation of final/best prices, conditions and contracts include annual price and condition negotiation
- Support sourcing and selection and management
- Analysis of costs, quotes, markets, historical values, etc.
- Creating strategy for responsible material field
- Target setting with suppliers and following up till realization
- Leading global improvement project
- Proactive cooperation with all team members
