职位描述：

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position serves for all departments, to be as a assistant for the all department employees.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create new CAB contacts including suppliers and employees’, and delete the colleague who left WEN on time, to solve CAB kinds of problem

2. Collect taxi tickets form colleagues and apply for reimbursement once a week, then give the amount to the colleagues after reimbursement.

3. Apply for the land certificate.

4. Arrange for interview appointment.

5. Arrange visitors in canteen for lunch preparation.

6. SF express cost reimbursement once a month.

7. Visa application.

8. Buy business train tickets for colleagues.

9. Medicine box management.

10. Print drawings outside.

11. Receiving and transferring phone calls.

12. Arrange the visitors' reception.

13. In charge of 5S in the reception area.

14. Make hotel arrangement.

15. The documents stick up and move away on blue board timely.

16. Other administration work.

17. The other assigned work by superior.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. College graduated.

2. Be familiar with MS office.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Good English skills, both in spoken and written.

TRANSPORTATION:
Take line 1 subway to Maigaoqiao, take a taxi to Willi Elbe company need to pay roughly 30 RMB.
Take line 2 subway to Xuezelu, take a taxi to Willi Elbe company need to pay roughly 25 RMB.
You can take bus of 206 which from East of North Square of Nanjing Station to Shiyuecun.
