1、3年以上人力资源相关工作经验，负责工厂的招聘、入职、离职、调任等；
2、具有较好的人际沟通能力和协调能力；
3、有良好的语言表达和公文撰写能力，善于协调、沟通和组织策划；
4、熟悉国家和当地的相关劳动人事政策及劳动法律法规；
5、熟悉人力资源日常管理工作流程；
6、有制造工厂经验；
