Position岗位：Quality Manager 质量经理
Report to:上级：Operation Dir.
Qualifications 任职要求：
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related majors
Familiar TS16949
Minimum 8 years experience in quality function, at least 5 years in Auto parts manufacturing company;
Above 3 years experience in a management level
Experience on internal and external process audit including the planning and execution
Excellent technical understanding related to manufacturing processes, tool experience is an advantage
Good command of oral and written English
Good teamwork spirit & interpersonal skill
Communicative and flexible
Project management skill
Strong problem solving skill
Initiative and able to work independently under pressure
Responsibility:岗位职责：
Lead the quality assurance function so that all the organization’s raw materials, in-process products, and finished products conform to technical specifications, perform reliably, meet internal and external quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations, licenses, and certifications.
Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of quality assurance activities to optimize resources, priorities spending, and ensure that targets and standards are met.
Define the appropriate and adequate procedures and measures of control for the process and satisfy customs’ expectation by meeting the quality standards.
Evaluate the results of quality assurance activities and prepare recommendations for executives about significant changes that need to be made to the organization’s manufacturing processes, systems, technology, raw materials, inputs, or vendors.
Liaise with functional and operational area managers (e.g. production, maintenance, engineering, or supply) to develop schedules, project plans, and cost estimates for implementing new activities, procedures, or methods to improve the quality and performance of the organization’s products.
Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital equipment, systems, or other assets that will improve the quality of the organization’s raw material, in-process products, and finished products. .
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure that quality assurance activities meet established targets and standards.
Any other duties assigned by direct superior.
