职位描述：
Position Summary:
Solve alone various faults of CNC equipments for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and completeness in Electrical and Mechanical faults, figure out the root cause of main faults in CNC control system, relation of equipment, Lead team complete machine improvement projects. cooperate with other function team members to complete the new machine installation and test.
Principal Responsibilities:
1、Implement and audit the PM work according to the annual pm plan
2、Identify and check out the reason of machine failure, draw up the repair plan, Lead team to analysis the root cause.
3、Complete machine installation and test with project team.
4、Find the machine improvement opportunity and lead team complete it.
5、Modify the machine spare parts list and control the spare parts cost.
 
Additional Information:
1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/electrical/manufacturing/engineering.
 2、Above 5 years Excellent CNC maintenance performance necessary for effective Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, CNC program software and PLC in plant;
3、Master more than two CNC control system, such as Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, familiarity with G & M command in Program.
4、Be fluent in English, and good compute skill.
5、Excellent communication and cooperation skill, understand how to communicate with CNC manufactory by E-Mail or Phone/Fax.
6、Familiar with the mechanical and electrical drawings. 举报 分享
