1. Review contract, monitor contract & document administration to ensure corporate policy
is followed.
2. Track deposit & payment to ensure funds are paid or received timely, pricing &
settlements are performed properly.
3. Monitor shipment, delivery, documentation, license & permit to ensure
loading/discharging/delivery are operated smoothly.
4. Maintain system data entry and ensure info is keyed in timely and accurately.
5. Check documents and ensure documents issued timely and presented cleanly.
6. Review operation status, analysis potential risks and generates reports to managers &
platforms.
7. Assist in analyzing operation procedures or new projects to support business development.
职位要求:
In addition to relevant experience and administrative knowledge, you will need to show evidence of the following:
1. Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
2. Excellent word processing and contract processing skills, including knowledge of contractual procedures;
3. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
4. Good organisational and time management skills;
5. Excellent interpersonal skills;
