Responsibilities:
1) Tax Compliance
? Lead the team to ensure the proper monthly/quarterly/yearly tax filing for branch office;
? Prepare the tax filing for head office and review the monthly tax reconciliation to ensure the accurate bookkeeping;
? Prepare the group tax reporting package and work with consulting firm to prepare TP documentation;
? Lead the team to manage and monitor the tax agent service at an acceptable level;
? Perform the internal tax health check on regular basis to mitigate tax risks and deal with tax audits;
? Supervise the team to coordinate with legal department and tax agent to ensure and maintain the proper tax
registration/approval at all levels & aspects.
b) Tax Planning
? Monitor the evolution of tax legislation and prepare for any necessary changes/response;
? With the support of group tax, to provide the tax consulting service to internal business partner for business operation &
development;
? Assist Senior Finance Manger to investigate the opportunity of tax planning and coordinate the related tax projects.
Qualification:
？ Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
？ 3+ years’ experience of handling tax affairs in big 4 or a MNC environment with operation in multiple cities/regions, more than
1year in a managerial role, experience with retailing/FMCG is a plus.
？ Sufficient knowledge of PRC tax & accounting regulation & practices.
？ Good skills of Microsoft Office, experience with SAP is preferred.
？ Excellent written & oral English.
？ Can work under pressure and accept frequent travel across the country
