Objective of Job:
- Work with global team to define the Spoiler & Light Bar.
- Coordinate among functional groups both internal and external.
- Identify China customer needs; support CCP, study benchmark design and communicate with supplier.
- Create Part development timing according to master timing in PDP system.
- Input requirements to supplier, such as, interface, function and performance.
- Design review and feasibility study.
- Define component system characteristic and create BOM and DFMEA.
- Release Source packaging for sourcing and supplier technical review.
- Release components. Maintain CCD/ODM, Lead change management (Solution, documentation, cost & timing, implementation).
- Tracking tooling and gage development.
- Responsible of system validation definition, working with test engineer and suppliers on DV and PV tests.
- Launch support and solving the building & test issues by using problem solving tools-8D,Red X, 5Why etc.
- Write lessons learned report.
- Other relating engineering work.
Experience and education:
- BS and above degree in Mechanical/ Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5 years' of experience in Spoiler & Light Bar design and development.
