RESPONSIBILITIES

- Technical product owner for released power module products

- Trouble report handling technically (Quality issues from customer site and mass production)

- Product Cost reduction for released product families.

- Market support

- Secure source for power components

- Proactive design improvement for responsible product families, using methods and Tools such as calculation, statistical data modeling/analyzing, etc.

- Design responsible for regular maintenance, product variants, product change projects to ensure design quality for each product according to Design process.

- Make sure requirements specs are well understood and clearly interpreted to measurable parameters.

- Use Design block concept and Design calculation to predict/simulate a reliable design according to existing design rules.

- Master Function of all used electronic components (incl magnetic).

- Design for Cost

- Design for manufacturing

- Contribute to technical forum for common design, design block etc.

- Trace technical knowledge update, With information on coming market needs and technical news gathered at seminaries, exhibitions, suppliers and competitors observe the technical area.

- Create and update in the following databases and systems;

- MHWEB to register Trouble report

- PRIM – for bill of material (131 32-), document overview (1095-) and technical report (0363-)

- Ester for exemption handling

- Eliza for component management

- PRI for product revision information

- Circuit drawing CAD files (1911).

- EriDoc

QUALIFICATION

- Major in electrical& electronics or similar, major in power electronic is preferred.

- > 4 years working experience in Design of DC/DC product

- Know firmware design will be PLUS.

- Strong capability in DC/DC design calculation/ simulation.

- Be familiar with electronic products reliability (e.g. reliability tests for product reliability qualification).

- Strong presentation skill and interpersonal communication skill.

- Without difficulty in speaking English with foreigner in daily work.

- Strong team work sense.

- Strong Coaching skill in Technical area
