Responsibility:
1 Manage data center or IT infrastructure projects including but not limited to new data center buildup, manage procedure improvement, infra maintenance and consolidation, server etc.
2 Project initiation, including as-is/to-be analysis, benefit estimation, scope definition, technical solution proposing and facilitation, project organizing, and cost estimation.
3 Propose infra solutions within the project, and alignment with architect team.
4 Define the project plan, manage the project budget and following-up for execution.
5 Monitor the project progress, provide the status update.
6 Manage the changes, incidents, problems within the project.
7 Write documents about the projects.
8 Provide support for IT infrastructure landscape design and setup abilities.
9 Flexibility and potential to move to other areas, eg. SI projects.
Qualification/ Experience:
1 Bachelor degree, Minimum 7 years’ project management or relevant technology experience required.
2 Hands-on experience in telecommunications/network (data and voice) as well as other Infrastructure areas (desktop, server platform, database, cloud computing, data center, facility).
3 Excellent oral and written communication skills in English preferred.
4 Self-motivated, and drive the project forward with little supervision.
5 Hands on experience of Project Life cycle and Project Planning Techniques.
6 Formal project management training desirable, PMP certification is preferred.
7 Solid understanding of project management methodology, PMP certificate.
8 Vendor management capability.
9 Good documentation skills.
10 Experience in auto industry desirable.
