-熟练使用日常办公软件，知晓常用的财务软件；
-具有较强的文字和语言表达能力及良好的沟通协调能力；
-环境适应能力较强，具有良好的独立工作能力，敬业精神和团队协作意识；
-掌握基本财务知识，熟悉国家财政政策、会计法规和税务法规；
-能够保证一周实习的天数在四天及以上；
