Job Purpose:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals for the large and key accounts in the organization, penetrate and build strong and long term relationship with key enterprise groups.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target of Enterprise vertical market and develop the cooperative agreement with key Enterprise in China.
Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline, as well as report on activity as required and contribute to China regional sales team.
Develop and manage relationships with key executives of the customer.
Assess opportunities and manage the projects with high sales growth potential.
Cooperate with regional sales team to maximize project wins, securing the support from customer’s HQ departments.
Define and ensure the fulfillment of all corrective actions.
Ad hoc assignment from superior.
Requirements
University degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering;
10+ years of professional experience in sales and management
Well-versed in MNC focusing on enterprise vertical market.
Experience in managing major local top customer accounts
Ability to establish and maintain solid contacts with key account at all levels to foster excellent working relationships and promote business opportunities
Lead and drive account team and internal associates to achieve business objectives; competency in managing complexities on cross-functional/business line/division topics.
Sound knowledge of external environment (clients, competitors, industry)
Professional communication skill with clients
High level of initiative in problem solving
Strong communication and business negotiation skills; assertiveness
Ability to quickly establish strong credibility with key stake holders from various internal function groups and external decision makers
Result-oriented and willing to stretch to accomplish goals and “make it happen”
Hands-on when required and ability to deep dive into business and technical issues and develop resolutions with internal resources
Ability to collect multiple points of view from internal stake holders and then act decisively
Strong intellect, possess outstanding interpersonal skills (including excellent oral and written communication in English & Mandarin) and problem solving skills to facilitate effective communication and conclude solutions with colleagues and/or customer.
High standards of moral and ethical conduct
Excellent problem solving, presentation, communication and business analysis skills
International business practices or multinational company working experience
Independent and focused
Ability to work under pressure
Willing to travel frequently within China
