KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-To produce and lead VM guideline ( Campaign and Weekly )
-To confirm and check on all campaign point of sales, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays, making sure all items are ready to be shipped before launching in store.
-Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
-To help improve VM Training guidebook and participate in training
-To make weekly PPT for Monday meeting.
-To participate in store visit and improve daily store VM work.
GENERAL MISSION:
- To improve, bring newness and lead of instore VM planning
- To continuously upgrade content of VM Guideline for Campaign and Weekly Guideline.
- To create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store ( From Showcase, Entrance to Inside)
- To be aware of market practice and make sure our store VM presentation is up to date.
- To provide an excellent in-store experience through VM by convert window shoppers into prospects, drive brand desirability and help enhance profitability.
