Life Club Coordinator/活动策划专员
EF English Centers
Dongguan， China
概述：实习生将协助Life Club Coordinator(生活俱乐部主管)的日常工作，包括策划并组织各类生活俱乐部活动，制作日历课表，活动后给学员电话回访等相关事宜。(实习期：6个月及以上）
You will：
- Daily event quality feedback call (Make calls for class with the lowest show-up rate and share students’ feedback with LCC and teachers)
- Cash event follow up call (Call TB students for cash events and remind them to finish payment on time)
- Help produce Life Club Calendar
- Support event planning and execution(CW /IN) (Looking for vendors, on-site support .etc)
- Support when LCC is on leave (Work as back up LCC )
You have/are：
- Third year or fourth year in the university
- Interested in event planning and delivering
- Excellent spoken and written English, CET 6 or TEM 4
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT
- Strong sense of customer service
- Ability to communicate event ideas and execution detail effectively to others
- Receives, sorts, and files different reports
- Creative, reliable, detail-oriented, well-organized, committed to quality, cost consciousness, honesty and integrity
Interview Requirements
- CV plus cover letter (in English)
- Please provide your availability in the email (i.e. when you can start & how long can you work, etc.)
Working hour
Suggest 4 hours shift and 3 times a week
