Establishing close and tight business relationship with the OEM to promptly obtain updates on business developments, solicit supports on promotional campaigns and subsidies, gain more exposures for FCA AFC at the whole dealer network.

? Leading the AMs and sales support colleagues to achieve the set Naveco sales targets.
带领区域销售经理与销售支持达成依维柯销售目标。
? Being responsible for developing new Naveco dealers, including but not limited to retail financing businesses.
负责拓展新依维柯经销商,全方面发展汽车金融业务。
? Being responsible for designing any W/S and retail financing program.
负责协助设计库存与零售金融联动项目。
? Studying and timely updating the management about new business opportunities with NAVECO surrounding product, route to market, value-added service, etc.
时刻关注市场动态并定时向管理层汇报与依维柯有关的新商业机会,多元化分销与附加价值的服务产品。
? Involving and taking charge of any new business project and process enhancement for NAVECO sector.
参与并负责与依维柯有关的新业务项目与流程改进计划。
? Timely and regularly visiting dealers, providing dealers with retail financing training, and handling all the dealer-related issues, including but not limited to customer and dealer complaints.
定时拜访经销商,向经销商提供零售金融培训并且处理经销商的相关问题。
? Closely working with the dealers from the General Manager’s level to financial consultant’s level to quickly enhance the retail financing penetration rate and overall business performance.
与经销商的各级工作人员包括总经理及金融顾问保持紧密联系以提高金融渗透率及整体业务表现。
? Supporting Wholesale Financing colleagues on identifying and monitoring all kinds of dealer risks and behavioral issues.
与库存融资部同事保持紧密合作,识别与监控经销商的行为与风险。
? Constantly contacting with the counterparts in the Naveco OEM and relevant departments in FCA AFC to establish Fleet financing business process.
与依维柯厂商的工作人员及内部同事保持沟通以发展车队融资业务。

? Following the overall performance of Naveco Brand and timely preparing the business
analysis reports for the reference of line manager.
时刻跟进依维柯品牌表现并且向经理层提供业绩分析报告。
? Timely updating the competitors’ moves and products to the management team.
实时更新竞争对手动向与产品并向管理层汇报。
? Collecting dealer's information and feedbacks, and observing dealer's business status
frequently.
收集经销商信息及反馈并监控经销商业务状态。
? 360-degree supporting dealers to expand its business through providing different
financial solutions and suggestions.
为经销商提供全方位的金融服务计划与建议。
? Utilizing all possible supporting functions and resources during the selling, negotiation,
and closure of deals.
在与经销商沟通,谈判时尽可能运用及调配各资源。
? Timely finishing other tasks required by the line manager.

Job Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above.
本科学历及以上。
? Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales
5 年以上相关销售经历。
? Commercial vehicles financing experience are required; being familiar to the features
and peculiarities of commercial vehicle sector.
必要的商用车融资经验,熟悉商用车的市场环境及特点。
? Understanding and knowledge of banking or leasing practice.
掌握银行或融资租赁相应业务流程。
? Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, result-oriented, able to work under
pressure.
优秀的人际交往能力,自我激励,结果导向,能够在一定压力下工作。
? Able to travel domestically frequently.
能够适应频繁的国内出差。
? Good speaking and writing in both English and Chinese.
良好的中英文交流及书写能力。
