职位描述：
Responsibilities：

• Responsible for robust design verifications, engineering sign-off and production validations;
• Support Ford Vehicle personalization Engineers in their component implementation of multimedia Systems and features following FORD product development process / quality operating system;
• Ensure specifications, development and testing are complete and relevant documentation is provided in support of program milestones, on time with quality;
• Lead to develop engineering specification for multimedia component of Vehicle personalization through working with Ford global expert and core engineering team. Includes HW, SW, diagnostic and HMI etc. specification;
• Guide suppliers to design and develop components and/or subsystem to meet all requirements including cost/quality/timing;
• Be flexible with working hours to support communication with Lead Engineering team located internationally.

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in electrical and electronics or equivalent Engineering required;
• More than 5 years design experience in electrical Engineering Systems;
• In-depth knowledge of multimedia system development and validation;
• Understanding of global standards and regulation requirement, especially in automotive field ;
• Experience in system / subsystem design verification process and test planning/execution;
• Basic  knowledge in electrical and electronics component, such as capacitor, resistor, diode, IC and etc;
• Experience in Quality/Reliability process including Design FMEA, Production FMEA, Control plan and Global 8D;
• Good English skill in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
