Job Purpose
To provide quality merchandising service to customers, through order coordination and follow-up, to assist in the achievement of division’s business objectives.
Job Descriptions:
1. Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal parties for information/documents, comments and/or approval.
- Liaise with factories to provide missing information or documentation
- Communicate customers’ requirements or comments on samples to factories
2. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval.
- Pack and send samples
- Take photos of samples
3. Record order details in company’s systems for documentation, coordination, review and analysis
- Input order details in a critical path system
- Generate miscellaneous reports
4. Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Filing
- Photo copying
5. Assist in maintaining strong business relationships with vendors for production
- Maintain strong business relationships with factories through regular contacts
6. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
1. Education Level: College or university graduated. (Preferable in garment field or similar qualification)
2. Years of Experience: 3-4 years experiences in Buying/Trading office on garment fields for Europe Market.
3. Language Skills: Good command of Spoken & Written English.
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
5. Travel Requirements: Not required.
6. Must be diligent and able to work independently under pressure.
