工作职责
Assignment
？ 管理分配埃马克机床（太仓）调试项目包括但不限于以下内容：
Management of assigned EMAG Machine Tools (Taicang) customization projects including, but not limited to the following:
? 遵守技术合同
Adherence to Technical Contract
? 项目调度，包括：
Project Scheduling, including:
？ 跟踪项目进程包括日程协调
Tracking of project progress including coordination of schedules
？ 解决影响项目的冲突
Solving of conflicts that affect the project
？ 监测并记载项目进展和成果，创建对内和对外的中间结果演示文稿
Monitoring and documenting of project progress and success and presentation of intermediate results internal and external
？ 协调并监督客户验收
Coordination and supervision of the customer acceptances
? 项目预算（不包括基本机床和相关内容）
Project Budget (exclusive of Base Machine & Related Content)
? 项目/进程文档
Project / Process Documentation
？ 协助解决机床性能和质量问题
Assist in troubleshooting machine performance and quality issues
？ 由部门经理指派的其他任务
Other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager


任职资格
Your Qualifications
？ 持有制造、机械或电气工程学位
Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
？ 机床行业5年以上工作经验；金属切削或机械组装经验
+5 years’ experience in Machine Tools; Metal Cutting or Machinery Assembly
？ 在繁忙的车间环境下进行人员管理，能够运用谈话和其他管理手段激发员工的工作激情，善用管理技巧
People management in a busy factory environment, able to converse and manage and motivate at all levels and have good “hard” and “soft” skills as required
？ 具有在困境下与客户交涉协调并控制情况的能力
Demonstrated ability to interface with customers and maintain control in difficult situations
？ 以结果为导向、结构化的工作方式
Display a result-oriented and structured way of working
？ 熟练操作MS Office软件，CAD和PLC系统
Through knowledge about MS Office, CAD- and PLC-systems
？ 有SAP经验
