职位描述：
Purpose: Coordination between CAC and Changshu, for quality issues reported at the Customer or Depot in Japan. (对接日本客户)

Internal Contact:
--PQE, SQM, QMS
- Production
- Logistics

External Contacts:
- CAC Japan (Hiroshima, Yokohama)
- Customer

Responsibilities:
1. Coordination for optimum communication with Customers 2. Coordination for the details in regards to investigation results
3. Coordination with local CQE and supporting areas to speed up the resolution
4. Coordination for optimum communication with CAC 5. Coordination and participation for the details in regards to investigation results
6. Coordination and participation with local CQE and supporting areas to speed up the resolution
7. ICO complaint information
8. Participate in the investigation for the returned parts
9. 8D report to CAC or customer if required

Required:
1. Technical knowledge for products
2. Quality assurance experience
3. Knowledge of customer requirement
4. Knowledge of CAS quality systems and procedure
5. Logical thinking for problem solving
6. Engineering degree or more.
7. Minimum two years’ experience in quality area and JOEM customer requirements
8. Good understanding in Caliper and Booster processes and Specifications
9. Good skills in leading teams for problem solving
