职位描述：
Responsibilities
、SHE&S Responsibilities at site/安全健康环保以及安保职责
1) Keeping compliance with legislations，enhance the performance of SHE & Security Divisions;
保持与法规的符合性，促进安全&安保绩效提升
  2) Participate in SHE&S training as required by the training matrix.
按照培训矩阵的内容参加安全&安保培训
  3) Participate in check the safety measures at site, and take immediate steps once find nearmiss
参与检查场地现场安全措施情况，发现隐患及时采取措施
  4) Guided 按照DSM 3P理念，实施场地的节能减废工作
5) According to the report procedure, report and deal with accidents once they happen; get involved in accident investigation;
按照汇报流程及时报告和处理意外事故，组织、参与意外事件调查
  6) Assist site manager to Take part in SHE&S activities, including those about security and environmental protection, health promoting, emergency drills;
协助场地经理组织场地安全&安保相关活动，包括安全环保活动、健康促进活动、应急预案演习等
  7) Observe LSR regulations, Key Security Behavior (KSB) and related requirements of SOP;
遵守安全救生条例（LSR）、关键安保行为（KSB）及SOP相关要求
by DSM 3P Principle, implement site energy-conservation
（2） 工艺提高、改进方面的职责
1) Analyze the problem or bottlenecks during production, and seek resources to help improve the production process.
分析生产过程中出现的问题/瓶颈，寻求资源，不断地改进工艺和优化流程。
2）According to the annual CAPEX, follow up Project Management of site small projects
按照年度的CAPEX，跟进场地小项目的管理
3) Responsible for MOC proposal, evaluation, implementation and inspection that meet the requirements by Headquarters;
负责场地相关变更(MOC)的提出、评估、实施及验收都符合总部的要求
4）Under the lead of site manager, solve process and quality issue in time.
在场地经理的领导下，及时解决生产过程中遇到的工艺问题、质量问题。
5） Responsible for the maintenance of process system documents
    负责工艺体系文件的维护
6）Regularly check and follow up process improvement action
定期检查和跟进工艺方面的改进行动
7）Responsible for the training of process aspect
负责工艺方面的培训
8）To Learn and use lean and 6 sigma tools to assessment and improve operation performance.
学习和运用Lean 和6西格玛方法进行生产效率评估和提升
9） Implement others tasks appointed by site manager
完成由场地经理指定的其他任务。
Knowledge：
With major(s) in Nutrition, Food, Chemical Engineering, or Machinery, etc.
营养, 食品, 化工, 机械设备类专业。

Education Level：
With degree(s) of or above bachelor, or with related degree (s) on major(s) background as described above.
