职位描述：
岗位职责Responsibilities:
1、Maintain and update QMS\EMS\OHSMS, set up quality management system;
维护和更新QMS\EMS\OHSMS,建立质量管理体系；
2、Establish and supervise the quality plans and inspection instructions;
建立和监督质量计划和检验指导书；
3、Analyse the quality data and drive continual improvement programs to enhance thequality of the whole manufacturing process;
分析质量数据，推动持续改进项目来提高整个生产过程的质量；
4、Organize the whole internal and external system audit, process audit and customer quality audit;
组织内部和外部体系审核、过程审核和客户审核；
5、Manage machining suppliers and promote suppliers' quality management level;
管理机加工供应商,提升供应商的质量管理水平；
6、Make use of effective methods to supervise production process, discover and eliminate the executive deviation timely;
利用有效的方法来监督生产过程,及时发现和消除执行上的偏差；
7、Follow up corrective and preventive actions and non-conforming products control;
跟踪纠正预防措施和不合格品控制；
8、Be responsible for inspections of raw materials by inspection standards and methods;
负责原材料的检验标准和方法；
9、Provide the Quality training to employees;
向员工提供质量培训；
10、Update quality system documents effectively.
高效更新质量体系文件。
任职资格Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in engineering background;
本科及以上学历，工科专业；
2、At least 5 years working experience;
5年以上工作经验；
3、At least 3 years experience in leading team/projects.
3年以上团队管理或项目管理经验。
4、QMS implementation and maintenance working experience in related industries;

Xuzhou Rothe Erde Ring Mill Co., Ltd. (XREM) was registered in Xuzhou in 2005 as a wholly foreign owned company by Rothe Erde GmbH of Germany ThyssenKrupp and locates in Luoshan Road, Xuzhou Economic Development Zone. The registered capital is 2,774 million dollars.
Rothe Erde is the worldwide leading manufacturer of non-ferrous metal rings, headquarter is located in Dortmund, and the research & development centre is in Lippstadt, Germany.
The foundation for success in XREM is more than 100 years of experience in steel working from Rothe Erde, and advanced production equipments, the core equipment of which is produced and installed by SMS GmbH. The seamless rolled rings as structure elements are for Wind Power, Gear Rings, and Mechanical engineer, offshore technology, Slewing Bearing, Large Valves, Pipeline, and Tanks.
